Healthy Solutions for Life – October Raffle Winner Announced!
In an ongoing effort to offer our members the most complete care available, MHS reached out to its providers (physicians) for assistance. We asked physicians to complete and send back a medical information form to us regarding the number of those enrolled in one of the disease management programs; inclusive of preventive health care services. For each form received, the physician was entered into a raffle to win an iPod Touch.
In October, MHS’s Healthy Solutions for Life raffle winner of the iPod Touch is Dr. Sara Zibert, MD. Dr. Zibert is a Pediatrician at the Beloit Clinic located in Wisconsin.
MHS encourages healthy living, which includes disease management and preventive care. Our hope is that initiatives like this one, whether large or small, will ultimately lead to greater access to care by its members, and improved health.
