Managed Health Services is proud to announce a partnership with Fox Cities Community Health Center and their supporters.  Fox Cities Community Health Center has opened a dental clinic in Grand Chute, which serves members in Outagamie, Winnebago, and Calumet counties, at 5337 Grand Market Drive!
