MHS Health Wisconsin offers health insurance plans that fit your unique needs. Program eligibility depends on your age, income, family size and any special health needs you may have.

BadgerCare Plus and Medicaid SSI

People with low incomes may be able to get low cost or free health coverage from the Wisconsin BadgerCare Plus or Medicaid Programs. Both programs cover medical and mental health services.

Medicare

People age 65 and older, under 65 with certain disabilities, and any age with End-State Renal Disease – ESRD (permanent kidney failure requiring dialysis or a kidney transplant) may be eligible for coverage through Allwell from MHS Health Wisconsin.
