CentAccount®: Get rewarded to be healthy!
MHS rewards members for making healthy choices through our CentAccount program. After completing a healthy behavior, a CentAccount card will be mailed to our members. The card will already have the reward amount in the account. New rewards will be added as screenings are completed. Our members can use this card to pay for health-related items like co-pays, health products or household items.
When do I get my CentAccount card?
- After you have completed one of the healthy behaviors listed below.
- And MHS has received a claim for the service from one of our providers.
What can I buy with the CentAccount card?
Your card can be used to purchase products and services at most stores that accept MasterCard. Our members usually use their CentAccount card for:
- Co-pays at pharmacies.
- Contact lens solution.
- First aid supplies.
- Reading glasses.
- Blood pressure monitors.
- Denture adhesives, repair & cleansers.
- Pregnancy test kits.
What cannot be purchased with a CentAccount card?
The CentAccount card cannot be used to purchase cigarettes, liquor, lottery tickets or fast food. These items will be rejected if a purchase is attempted.

To check your account balance call 1-866-809-1091. If your purchase is more expensive than the balance on your card, you must use another form of payment for the difference in cost. For more information, call us at (888) 713-6180.
