On April 22, 2024, UnitedHealth Group issued a press release, providing an update on the Change Healthcare cybersecurity incident that occurred on Feb. 21, 2024. Given the size of the data impacted, the investigation to determine whose data is impacted is expected to take several months. UnitedHealth Group believes this situation will impact “a substantial proportion of people in America” and is offering immediate credit monitoring and identity protection services, as well as a dedicated contact center to address questions. Member Advisory Council

Join the Member Advisory Council

Let your voice be heard. MHS Health has a Member Advisory Council that is made up of members like you. We are always looking for members to join us.

As a member of the Member Advisory Council, you can:

  • Share your thoughts and ideas about how MHS Health Wisconsin can serve you better.
  • Get to know other MHS Health members.
  • Talk about your concerns and help MHS Health come up with ways to fix them.
  • Give your opinions on MHS Health programs and services, such as: My Health Pays member rewards program, quality improvement program, and disease management program.
