Language & Diversity Resources
MHS Health believes all its members deserve health care that meets their needs. That’s why we offer diversity and cultural support services and resources.
These services are provided at no cost to the member.
- Translation of written materials into your chosen language or another format such as large print, Braille, or audio file.
- Interpreter services in your chosen language, including American Sign Language.
Members have the right to have an interpreter at all covered services and during any grievance or appeal process. Members may choose their own interpreter or they can MHS Health to arrange for this service.
MHS Health recommends use of a professional interpreter instead of family, friends, and children. Scroll down to find a list of interpreters regularly used by MHS Health.
