Member and Caregiver Portal
MHS Health offers simple and secure tools to help you get access to your healthcare information.
You can access the portal in two ways.
- From your computer
Use the buttons to the right. Then, follow the instructions to log in or create a new account. - With your smart phone or tablet
Try our new mobile app. Search for "Health Insurance Portal" in the App Store (Apple) or on Google Play (Android). It's FREE and easy to use!
By creating an MHS Health Wisconsin account in the portal, you can:
- View or change your assigned Primary Care Provider (PCP). Visit the Find a Provider directory for information about all of the network providers available to you.
- Update your personal information, such as your name, address, phone number.
- Send us a message safely and privately.
- And much more.

Provider Portal
If you are a contracted provider, you can register now. If you are a non-contracted provider, you will be able to register after you submit your first claim. After creating an account within the MHS Health Wisconsin provider portal you can:
- Check member eligibility and eligibility history, including other insurance.
- View, submit, copy, and correct claims, regardless of how submitted.
- Check claim status, payment history, payment amounts and dates.
- View and download explanations of payment (EOP).
- And much more.
The user manual is available on the secure portal, after you successfully complete the log-in process. If you are a contracted provider, you can register now. If you are a non-contracted provider, you will be able to register after you submit your first claim.
