Reminders About MHS Health Medicare Advantage Member ID Cards

Thank you for your partnership with MHS Health Wisconsin Medicare Advantage.  We value the care that you provide to your patients and our members. 

As you know, eligibility verification is an important component of every member visit.  While we work to ensure that our Member ID cards support that process seamlessly, we understand that our 2017 Member ID cards have created some confusion for providers.  In order to eliminate that confusion we would like to clarify the following pieces of information:

• MHS Health Wisconsin Medicare Advantage covers a full medical benefit including medical, hospital, and prescription coverage.
      
• All information relative to claims submission is listed on the back of the card.
      
• PCP information is also included on the back of the card.
